Justice is a long time Lynn resident and small business owner. With 17 years of event organizing and community building experience he brings his passion and perspective into Bridgin Gaps.
Over the years Justice has won numerous awards for his work in the Hip Hop community as Founder of the Wreck Shop Movement and for his work in his hometown of Lynn. He also serves as a Director of the Lynn Hip Hop Wall of Fame.

Shawn is a humble entrepreneur with experience in the field of community building. His Dreampreneurs organization/workshops and Book Train aims to empower and help people realize their utility in life. He would like to add “I have an interesting sense of humor”.
He is also learning Spanish and hopes to have an impact on the immigrant population with their adjustment to life in America.
Shira brings over 15 years of experience as a performing artist, educator and organizer for several non-profit causes aimed at making the world a better place through the arts.
Over the years she has served in the capacity of committee member, committee chair and board member, focusing mainly on events for the Marblehead Festival of Arts, A3D/Salem Culturefest, Lynn World Music Festival and many other local fundraising events.
As a veteran Arts Educator, Shira has seen the repeated proof that creative and intellectual platforms for engagement lay the best ground for cultivating vibrant communities.
When individuals are given access to knowledge, the tools to apply that knowledge and the freedom to build with others, then we can truly create representative communities that serve all of its members.
Joe is a Lynn Native with 2+ years experience in Marketing, Public Relations, and Community Outreach
Over the past 3 years he has been involved in many charity and volunteer projects including My Brothers Table, DPU, Save The Harbor, and Big Hope Project.
Joey is a lifelong fan of art & music and has been mainly influenced by Hip-Hop.

Allison is a two year resident of Lynn. She is a member of Essex County Community Organization and works primarily with housing and policing issues.
Her other passion is work regarding the reconciliation and improvement of relationships between men and women.
